~ King suites with a pull out couch $79
~ King bedroom suite no pull out bed $79

These rates also include a continental breakfast. You can see more information about the hotel here:
This hotel is also dog friendly, for anyone traveling with a doodle. The fee is $50 per dog for your entire stay. (they even have (included) a service to walk your dog for you if you’re going to be out for the day) They will be holding these rooms for us until July 1st. Please note that there will be a soccer tournament in town this weekend and a lot of hotels are already booked so, after July 1st when these rooms are released for general purchase, there will probably be slim chances of a room being available. (however, if they do still have rooms available, they will honor our group rate) You can tell them you’re with the North East Doodle Breeders Conference when booking. Also, if arriving into the Syracuse Airport, inform them of your arrival and departure times so they can schedule a shuttle for you (it is complimentary, but they will be running special trips for our group as they normally only shuttle during the week)

We will be having a time of sharing our “favorite things” and ask that everyone registering brings something that they really love (anything you use for breeding or with your dogs that you couldn’t live without!). After a time of sharing the products we love and why we like using them, we will hold a silent auction on all the items to allow everyone a chance to win them! Proceeds will go towards compensating our guest speakers.

A Boy and His Dog

Filed under: Current Happenings — klewis @ 5:34 pm

Duchess continues to do very well in her guardian home, although can act like quite a Duchess at times. :)   She stays very busy with her family, and enjoys going to Nicholas and Alexander’s sports practices and events.  She goes just about everywhere with her family, including Mo and Evelyn’s Dr.’s office where she’s practicing to be a good therapy dog.  She really enjoys both of the boys, and playing in the snow together in the backyard!

Duchess and Her New Guardian Family

Filed under: Available Labradoodles,Current Happenings — klewis @ 10:12 pm

Duchess has found her forever family! Evelyn and Mo, along with their two sons Alexander, and Nicholes are  Duchess’ new people as of today. :) They’re a wonderful family, and couldn’t be a better fit for Duchess. It is always hard to part with one of our dogs when they go to a guardian home but, this family is just fantastic! Duchess fits in so well with them, and we know we coudn’t have found a better home for Duchess.

Mo is a pediatrician and the family plans to get Duchess’ Canine Good Citizen and certify her for therapy work so she will be able to go visit his office with Evelyn. She’ll have the important job of  greeting children and making Dr. visits fun! She’ll also be keeping up with Alexander and Nicholes’ busy schedules, riding in the car with them to practices, and being active with them. She loves the two boys already, and will surely become their new shadow around the house.

We are very excited for Duchess and all the opportunites she’ll have with her new family!

Welcome Millie and Mochi!

We are very excited to introduce our two newest additions, on their way now from Talaki Ridge labradoodles in California.  We want to say a big thank you to Cynthia from Talaki Ridge Labradoodles for breeding such wonderful Australian Labradoodles and parting with these two beautiful  girls.  She has been a huge blessing to us, sharing her knowledge and experience, and providing us with these two girls to add to our program here at Lewis Manor.

Mochi is a standard girl who has a beautiful soft fleece coat. Her grandparents came right from Australia and she’s decended from some of the best therapy lines that came out of Tegan Park.   She is being bred to a handsome chocolate stud who was imported from Australia, Sunset Hills Temp N Charm Charlie.  Charlie has produced some very intuitive offspring including proven therapy and service dogs.  We are excited for this pairing and are expecting cream, and chocolate puppies sometime in February.

Millie is a pretty cream girl, medium in size. She comes from the same therapy lines Mochi does and we’re looking forward to what she will bring to our program! We’re looking forward to getting to know both of these girls, and are excited to be having them as new additions here at Lewis Manor.
